Balsamico SWEET AND SOUR POMEGRANATE, From UNICO, 250 ml It is a Spanish pomegranate balsamic vinegar with a sweet and sour taste, ideal for pickles, sauces, dressings, and other uses. It has a reddish color derived from pomegranate seeds. It has a velvety consistency, and the pomegranate varieties used are Wonderful, Acco, and Azucaril, harvested from a 100-hectare plantation in the Vega of the legendary Guadalquivir River.
