Question: Can I order by phone?
Answer: All orders are accepted only online through the website. We do not accept orders by phone.
Question: I have a promo code, how do I use it?
Answer: The code must be applied before completing the order. There is a special field for it, as well as an "apply" button, so it can be reflected correctly.
Question: Why is an additional fee charged when choosing cash on delivery?
Answer: Due to an increase in fees for this type of service by the couriers, we had to introduce this fee.
Question: Do you deliver with Econt?
Answer: Currently, we only deliver via the courier company SPEEDY.
Question: I can't select a Speedy office, what should I do?
Answer: Office selection is made after you complete the order.
Question: I can't complete my order, what should I do?
Answer: There are two reasons why an order cannot be completed:

  • exceeded kilograms;
  • the minimum order value of 35 BGN has not been reached.

Question: Do you have a retail store where I can buy your products?
