Description

Olive Oil 1758 Coupage 5 is obtained from olives harvested at their optimal ripeness at the end of the season and grown in unique volcanic soil. It is rich in nutrients and abundant minerals, which influence the aroma, taste, and overall quality of the oil. Starting from the best early harvest olives, this special blend (coupage) is made separately from the varieties Alfafara, Arbequina, Frantoio, Changlot Real, Picual, and then mixed according to the criteria of the oenologist.
The result is an intense, aromatic, fruity, and balanced extra virgin olive oil. It has a mild and spicy aftertaste, where polyphenols are present in exceptional amounts.
The olive oil is created by cold extraction from the best olives within 24 hours after harvesting.
Volcanic and ecological extra virgin olive oil.
Natural product, without additives and colorants.
High polyphenol content.
Suitable for roasted peppers, Iberian sausages, cheeses, and stews with red meat.
