Description

Red cake jelly is edible, shiny, and has a cut-resistant coating for fruit cakes or pastries. It is very easy to prepare according to the instructions, and then can be applied in a thin layer over the fruits, keeping them fresh and vibrant for a long time. The jelly is vegan, allergen-free, and transparent in color. Suitable for all kinds of fruit cakes, pies, cakes, fruits, and more.
Store at a temperature up to 25°C and relative humidity up to 75%.

Ingredients:

Method of preparation for cake

The contents of the packet are mixed with 50-100 g of sugar and poured into a pot with ¼ l (250 ml) of cold water. Let the water boil, stirring. Then let the jelly cook for about 15 seconds. Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour a few tablespoons of jelly over the fruit and let it set for about 1 minute, then you can pour the rest of the jelly over the cake. One packet of jelly is enough for 3 cakes.
